I recently had a wonderful stay at this hotel, and it quickly became a home away from home. The attention to detail here is impressive, from the thoughtfully labeled light switches to the cozy communal kitchen equipped with all the necessary amenities. The hosts, Matt and Chris, were incredibly kind and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. They were there when we needed them, but otherwise it felt like we had the place to ourselves.
Parking could be a bit of a challenge, as street parking was required and sometimes a short walk away.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The staff were so welcoming and helpful, providing everything I needed from towels to breakfast food. The location was perfect for me as it was close to the city centre as well as having easy access to transport. The hotel facilities were also excellent, including a communal kitchen with all the amenities I needed. And the best part? The cleanliness was on-point!
Nothing at all.

The hosts were amazing and welcoming. They showed us around, provided us with a public transport card and even gave us a discount supermarket card. The location was perfect, close to everything we wanted to see. We also enjoyed the soundproof windows that made our stay peaceful.
The parking was on the street and we had trouble finding a spot near the property. Our room lacked privacy as it was next to the owner's room, making us uncomfortable to leave the room at times.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Auckland. The attention to detail was amazing, with labels on light switches and everything geared towards meeting the needs of guests. The staff were welcoming and helpful, making me feel right at home. The location was ideal, close to the city centre and within easy walking distance of great restaurants and shops. The rooms were clean and modern, with all the basic amenities provided. I especially appreciated the breakfast food and toiletries that were included. this hotel offered great value for money and I would definitely recommend it.
I wish there was an elevator for guests with heavy luggage.

The instructions on how to use the facilities were helpful, such as the heater and the wifi. The fruit provided for breakfast was fresh and replenished daily. The location was convenient, being close to public transport and popular areas.
The lack of privacy was uncomfortable, with the owners' open room facing the guest room. The cleanliness of the bathroom was not consistent, as it wasn't as bright and shiny on the following days.
